Please. It's the 1st question any leader would ask at the start of a pandemic: how can we get an effective vaccine produced and distributed more quickly?

What a maroon. WarpSpeed is an incentive plan for vaccine creation and delivery. Delivery does not equal distribution to the end point; that is what we are discussing here. Please don't be so stupid. It's embarrassing.
