the constitution prescribes powers to the government and LIMITS the government in the exercise of those powers, moron. the government was not made the final judge over it's own limits..........how stupid are you cowardly slaves?

it is the absolute height of stupidity to believe that we the people ratified the constitution to create a new central government, after we just won independence from a tyrannical central government that made its own rules over us, and then hand that very power to the new government............are you truly that stupid to think we the people would have done that?

what do you think the bill of rights actually does? do you even really know?

No one can read our Constitution without concluding that the people who wrote it wanted their government severely limited; the words "no" and "not" employed in restraint of government power occur 24 times in the first seven articles of the Constitution and 22 more times in the Bill of Rights.

If one wants to get technical, no the Bill of Rights is not part of the original Constitution, as you know it was an addendum, wasn't written at the Convention, and was actually ratified three years after the Constitution was ratified

As was explained to you previously, you are confusing natural rights and political rights, assuming they are the same, and the bottom line with any of it is reason, rights are based upon reason, not desire
