It’s time to call them all traitors and lock up all who threaten election officials r

You either respect the Constitution or you don't. Government is established by the Constitution. The courts are established by the Constitution. You like the rights, but not the responsibilities. Yes, the courts DO have the power to define the limits of our rights. That is their constitutional role. You remember the Constitution, right? Who do you think establishes them? You? You seem to have an issue with EVER stating your position, you just attack mine. That's because you are NOT smarter than me. It isn't close.

you're all kinds of wrong. the quote I gave you from jefferson tells you that exactly. you're a failed american who doesn't deserve freedom.

the government was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself. - thomas jefferson.

I do know it better than they do, stupid fuck, and you're a failed american for not knowing it better than they do.

:rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:

Well, you may not have voted for Trump, but you share his narcissism and his massive ego, and you also share his inability to back up your talk. Yes, of course you know the Constitution better than the members of the high court. Why don't we just turn over everything to you. Oh, wait, we already tried a blow hard know nothing dumb fuck. Didn't work well. Never mind.

The quote from Jefferson is not in the Constitution. So I don't care. We're talking about the Constitution. You want to pick and choose. Your arguments are infantile. What next, call me poopy pants?

The Bill of Rights was intentionally broad. It IS subject to interpretation. Not going to fall for your gotcha question, especially given that you refuse to answer mine.

are you trying to say that if it's not in the constitution, then it doesn't apply or is irrelevant???????

I'm saying that Jeffersons quote has no legal effect. You are drawing outside the lines. At least when it's convenient for you to do so.

the constitution prescribes powers to the government and LIMITS the government in the exercise of those powers, moron. the government was not made the final judge over it's own limits..........how stupid are you cowardly slaves?

it is the absolute height of stupidity to believe that we the people ratified the constitution to create a new central government, after we just won independence from a tyrannical central government that made its own rules over us, and then hand that very power to the new government............are you truly that stupid to think we the people would have done that?

OMFG you are a complete moron. We have three branches of government so that those three branches can do EXACTLY what you claim they were not intended to do. You are totally worthless. It's sublime.

legal effect in a court of law? no..........but here's the thing that retards like domer have to work really hard to ignore.........WE THE PEOPLE ratified that constitution after dozens of debates and commentaries explaining to we the people exactly what powers and limitations we were giving that government. LIMIT THE GOVERNMENT

it's stupidity on a grand scale to think they would have handed over the power to redefine the limits of their power

you're braindead. you failed kindergarten, didn't you? this is why you idiot liberals and conservatives cannot be trusted with the guardianship of freedom, you want to piss it all away and let black robed tyrants tell you what their powers are. MORONS, all of you

You've outworn your welcome. Off you go. You are just too stupid to engage with.

what do you think the bill of rights actually does? do you even really know?

No one can read our Constitution without concluding that the people who wrote it wanted their government severely limited; the words "no" and "not" employed in restraint of government power occur 24 times in the first seven articles of the Constitution and 22 more times in the Bill of Rights.

are you trying to say that if it's not in the constitution, then it doesn't apply or is irrelevant???????

If one wants to get technical, no the Bill of Rights is not part of the original Constitution, as you know it was an addendum, wasn't written at the Convention, and was actually ratified three years after the Constitution was ratified

As was explained to you previously, you are confusing natural rights and political rights, assuming they are the same, and the bottom line with any of it is reason, rights are based upon reason, not desire

people who believe that the government officials are their masters should sit down and shut up. We, as Americans, have every right to threaten any government official who gives even the slightest intimation that they intend to negate our human rights............end of story.

anyone who thinks/believes that we must bow down to any government agent enforcing unconstitutional laws is the traitor

Fucken pussy.
