Perhaps if you read the ruling you would know what some of the other addresses are. A person can have an address where they live and a mailing address that is different from where they reside. In that case if they put their residence down as their address they are clearly not putting down their postal address.

The problem with your claim is that we can look at the history of US economic growth and taxes since WW2 and see that there is no such correlation. Growth during high tax times is almost identical to growth during low tax times.
