Live Feed: Trump's Defensive Argument

I'm shocked that CNN allowed this exposure of hypocrisy on the left to be published publicly. But, here it is in all it's glory.
You fight...I fight...we all "fight" politically. We ask our Congressmen to FIGHT for us. It's nice to finally give full context
to statements that House managers edited out.

Hello Diesel,

What a train wreck. Rather than actually defend against the House's case, the ambulance chasers that Trump found on a bus stop bench are playing longer versions of the videos that the managers already showed and claiming that they faked the date on a tweet. There is no way Trump is paying these legal bills. :palm:

They tried to pretend that the only thing Trump is on trial for is the speech on Jan 6. (Not true.)

The House Managers made a very good case that the speech was part of a much larger pattern.

Defense lawyer Castor said Trump wasn't responsible for the insurrection because some of the violent insurrectionists had begun to gather even before his speech.

What he didn't say was the damning part. This riotous mob was angry because Trump told them over and over that the election was stolen from them. He said that many many times before the speech on the 6th. That was why they were there - to stop the 'stolen election' from being certified.

Trump was absolutely responsible for the violence. If it were not for him, they would not have been told by the most influential voice in American politics the one lie which angered them so much, that the election 'was stolen.' (It wasn't.)

The fact of the matter is that Trump is a poor loser, that he cannot gracefully accept defeat, and that he spent months whipping up sentiment against a (fictitious) 'stolen election.'

The election he was referring to, of course, was examined up one side and down the other and certified as the most secure election in US history, and even declared so by many Trump administration officials, including Bill Barr.

There is also no way trump is being convicted.

Did you just learn that? The Repubs are afraid to vote the facts and will cave to Trump. That was never in doubt.` The point was to make Trump a 2 time impeached president and to allow the Repubs an opportunity to do the legal and right thing. I suppose we always knew that was not likely. But the Dems opened the door to respectability and honesty. Reds are not interested.

I don’t know if this will be large enough to see very well. It’s a time line of how many times Trump invoked “rigged”, “fraud”, “mail-in”. The pattern actually begins as far back as April.

All of what you wrote is indisputable. Trump and his attorneys have defiled the Senate chamber today to the same extent, only in a different way, as the rioters on 1/6.

You can't not care about, "Grab them by the pussy," and then pretend to care about "peacefully" and think that anyone who matters gives a dog shit about what you think about Trump's words.

Trump also spent the better part of a year inciting a deadly riot. These skinheads stormed the US Capitol. Can you believe that? Aren't you a patriot? How come you're not upset that these traitors attacked our government?
