promised to send free face diapers to everyone as part of his Covid response

The only way a mask is a "face diaper" is if what comes out of your mouth is verbal diarrhea.

That’s what you call getting off to a blazing crawl. Are there any Biden supporters who are with their vote happy so far?

Oh, I am 100% satisfied and happy with my vote because I knew that if Trump won, another 500,000 people would have died from COVID.

Jacking the minimum wage wont do a thing for anyone. In a fairly short period of time the economy will reset itself, everyone above minimum wage earners will get an equal bump in wages,...prices will rise across the board on goods and services, housing, and rents.....the people at the bottom will still be at the bottom with all the exact same problems they have now. Only difference is that 2 dollar loaf of bread they couldnt afford will now be 4 dollars a loaf and still unaffordable.

Nah. What will happen is that more workers will simply be thrown out of work.

That's what price controls do. They always cause shortages. In this case, shortages of available jobs (which is already acutely low due to businesses being shut down due to Democrats shutting down 'non-essential' businesses, and due to Democrats funding and supporting Antifa and BLM, the defunding of police, and increased crime).

Bread will be more expensive as well, since the government is printing money much faster than wealth being created, causing massive inflation.

The purpose of KXL is for TransCanada to bypass US refineries in the Midwest, where the shale is currently discounted for us because it's oversupplied, for the USGC where they can sell the oil to China at a markup instead of to us at a discount.
There’s also the hard facts

“Only about 1,000 of these jobs are currently filled. Also most of these jobs were temporary positions slated to last 4 to 8 months while a pipeline would have been constructed. Those jobs would have been primarily in Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas.
Finally, a State Department report on the Keystone Pipeline found the project would only create 50 permanent long lasting jobs some of which would be in Canada, not the United States.”

By a wide margin, Americans say they favor raising the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour. But there is a deep partisan divide in views of this proposed policy – a version of which recently passed the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives, though it is unlikely to be taken up by the GOP-controlled Senate.
Two-thirds of Americans (67%) support raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour, including 41% who say they strongly favor such an increase, according to a Pew Research Center survey conducted this spring.

Polls lol.

Regardless, $15/hour minimum wage will lead to workers working fewer hours; even more small businesses lost, like we can stand that; and an increase in automation.

Like so many progressive ideas it looks good on paper, but yeah.

That speaks to a lack of better paying jobs. You’re not supposed to make a career out of those kinds of jobs. Also, there are too many unskilled workers in this country competing for the same jobs—this depresses wages.

So you whine that there are too many unskilled workers, but then you oppose free public colleges which would turn them into skilled workers.

So you're just jerking off on the board.

so, now, a living wage means something different than when FDR was president?
It means nothing. It is undefined. It remains undefined.
the definition has not changed,
It was never defined.
you are just a punk ass bitch who just had his ass handed to him who is trying to move the goalposts.
Fallacy fallacy. Assumption of victory fallacy. Insult fallacies.
BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE TV OR VIDEO GAMES BACK THEN!!!
Irrelevance fallacy. Strawman fallacy.

Regardless, $15/hour minimum wage will lead to workers working fewer hours

Yeah, so?

Let's do a little math...

Worker works 40 hours a week for $7.25/hr = $290/week

Same worker works 29 hours a week for $15/hr = $435/week

PLUS, the employer can now create ANOTHER JOB to fill the remaining 11 hours of work you cut from the worker.

And those 11 hours @ $15/hr = $165/week, more than half the original wage while working 1/4 as many hours.

Using math to prove you're a fucking idiot.

...and Biden is overperforming promise made on the vaccine front. Thanks for sharing!

??? Biden didn't develop the vaccine nor distribute it.

The vaccine was developed by Pfizer and is distributed through Pfizer's distribution system. It's already available at your local drugstore or clinic.

Rejoined Paris Accord.
Finally, a little sanity.

Meaningless actually. Kinda like wearing a face diaper or being in the UN. Just do it because everyone else is. Good that the U.S. stays in arrears on those UN dues.

even more small businesses lost, like we can stand that; and an increase in automation.

Lies, lies, lies.

Raising the MW helps small businesses because the people who work at those businesses will have more money to spend in the business.

Paying your workers enough for them to afford the product they make is good economics and perpetuates consumer demand.

Like so many progressive ideas it looks good on paper, but yeah.

You have no fucking clue what you're talking about.

If you want higher energy prices and fewer jobs, then KXL is the pipeline for you!

The purpose of the Keystone pipeline is to safely move oil from the midwest to the refineries in the Gulf, such as those in the State of Texas, and to provide a market for Canadian and midwest oil by transporting it to shipping ports in Texas.

Now it's back to trains and trucks. An oil train just exploded recently, one that would not have to been there had the pipeline been in place.

Biden has...-Pissed off his union donors by killing Keystone -pissed off soccer moms with the transgender madness [their daughter’s sports scholarship might go to a biological dude] -failed to deliver on the $2000 relief promise
-bombed Syria -promised to send free face diapers to everyone as part of his Covid response

saw an interview with your governor ( a colorful chap!) showed you guys are smokin' killing the COVID.. congrats

Justice a hoot lol. Basically an archetypal West Virginian.

He’s famous for getting on the tube and telling us to ‘follow the F’ing guidelines’. But yeah, WV leads the world in per cap vaccinations.

Did it without Biden, even.

Covid19 has killed no one. This virus doesn't kill in and of itself. Argument from randU fallacy. Random numbers are not data.
