Granted that thing ain't aerodynamic but damn! I've been in a box van crossing a bridge with 55 MPH crosswinds.
That's around 120 KPH and rolling down the road @ 50 mph to be cautious.
10-20 mph is the speed of the constant Noreaster winds here in the winter.

It's over 31 mph and that's more than enough to ram it into a sandy bank, bearing in mind there was a sandstorm so visibility was cut to almost zero.

Not routinely, that part of the canal handles both north and south traffic in the one channel. I think the owners are going to have to build more moorings along the side of the canal so that huge vessels like that can stop and allow smaller ships to pass.

There is no excuse for the performance of the expert class here, first in setting up a situation where this could happen (if this is not terrorism), then for being slow and clueless in understanding what this means.

We are in a global depression. Biden is pulling us out of the global depression. So we are on the cusp of coming out of a global depression.

Something has gone wrong with Egypt as a culture. I never had enough interest to do a full investigation but why they crashed and why no one talks about it are two very interesting questions.
What ever has gone wrong with Egypt might be related to what has gone wrong with India, anther interesting question that I have not gotten around to figuring out.
We have been in a Great Depression for almost a year now. The process started a while ago back. This is not a future tense thing.
Honestly, we are not the worst hit by this. I cannot blame trump, and you cannot honestly blame Democrats. It is a worldwide thing.
But America's recovery looks like it might lead the way. I am a little worried that Biden will overshoot, but most likely he will not. And the problem is that he only got one bite at the apple, because of arcane Senate rules, so risking overshooting was better than risking undershooting.
