Tell Katzshit that Operation Warp Speed agreed to buy the Pfizer vaccine doses if they were approved, without that assurance I very much doubt that they would have gone ahead regardless. Oh and tell him he's a nasty cunt!

As much as I've said negatively about Florida, they are doing an excellent job of distributing vaccines (and I do think the 60 minutes piece was a hit job). I've been constantly notified about where there is availability, and those notifications often happen in real time. I was notified of my eligibility and offered an appointment two days before my age group became eligible. This morning, I received notifications about availability at Publix and CVS and was able to book my Mom's second appointment so she didn't have to wait for two hours at the county site. The FEMA site in Jacksonville runs like a well oiled machine. There are around 40 people giving vaccinations and the same amount checking people in. Their waiting area has EMTs standing by. I was in and out both times in less than half an hour. At least here in Florida, it's now about getting people to take the vaccine and distributing it in areas of need. It looks like supply is quickly starting to catch up to demand. There's no reason not to get vaccinated, I hope everyone takes the time to do it.
