It would. Cops should have to pay part of the lawsuits their actions cause. Shooting people should be the last resort. Cops think they have a better chance of winning cases if the other person is dead.

as I have said many times here and other places the guy put himself in the position where he could be hurt or die. he committed a crime then when the police tried to arrest him instead of , cooperating like a adult he deiced to run and apparently fight putting not only himself at risk but others.
This is common behavior for criminals and thugs of all colors then something bad happens to them such as a injury or death . they put themself in that position.

I have placed a few people under arrest in my day and regardless I have ever intention of going home safe .
