Lots of fault and stupidity here to go around.

But. resisting arrest is not a reason to draw a firearm by an arresting officer and shoot them in the gut!

So when a citizen does the wrong thing and resists arrest is one thing. When a Police Officer shoots an unarmed person in cold blood who is resisting arrest, it becomes a total other thing. IT BECOMES MURDER IN COLD BLOOD!

There is nothing manly, justifiable, intelligent, or legal about a police officer MURDERING SOMEONE WHO IS RESISTING ARREST.

And it is certainly not intelligent for someone like you to think that this man's own murder by the police officer, was the fault of the man who resisted arrest.

Intentionally shooting an unarmed man, for any reason, is MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE- EVEN WHEN THE POLICE DO IT!
