"One more little 'tidbit' —Lieutenant Nazario had a loaded GUN on the floor of the car...if the Cops saw it and he was refusing Police orders...they had every right to spray him!
having a loaded gun in your car in Virginia is not illegal...........I'm curious though........those raging steriod monsters stopped him for 'tinted' windows..........why didn't he get a citation for that after all was said and done?

Carrying Loaded Guns in Cars Virginia law is specific about who can and cannot carry a loaded gun a private motor vehicle. It is permissible to carry a loaded handgun in a vehicle if it is secured in a compartment or container, which does not need to be locked.
It was in his floorboard which made it illegal!
it was a legal fucking gun being carried legally. what the fuck is wrong with you?

The US Military doesn't authorize the conceal carry of weapons while in uniform. Depending on the branch of service, the rules and regulations on the wearing of uniforms can be lax or strict . However no branch has authorize the conceal carryof weapons in uniform, since it's not requirement (by the US Armed Forces) for military personnel.
Some branches are very strict (ie US Marines) on how you can and where you can wear your uniform. Others (ie the US Navy) are more relaxed. So in theory you could get away with little to no repercussions if you hid a pistol in your pocket while wearing your Navy Uniform around town (although it's not allowed). While a Marine could face serious repercussions if caught misusing or wearing their uniform inappropriately.
