The location of trial should have been out of state

The Minneapolis announcement of $27 million before the trial had even ended was crazy

These are all grounds for appeal, if any of that happened in the UK, the trial would probably has been dismissed immediately.

I assume he's talking about Biden's comment that the evidence was "overwhelming" and that he was "praying for the right verdict", although I think he might have said those things after the trial was over and the jury was in sequestered deliberation, so it likely didn't matter at that point.

But OTOH, some good points are raised about the issues of venue and sequestration during the trial.

These are issues that will be raised on appeal, along with Maxine Waters' comments and some prosecutorial issues, so this might not be over by a long shot.
 
There is so much talk on the right that the defendant didn't get a "fair" trial.

How about Floyd? Did he get his day in court? Was his treatment "fair"?
