you don't use non lethal force against an attacker intent on using lethal force and is less than two seconds away from taking another persons life.

If that is the problem then you’re going to have to change the training. Don’t fire your weapon except to kill. No fewer than three shots, center mass. That’s the typical training M.O. Unless it’s an encounter with someone on drugs or wearing a bulletproof vest...then it’s two to the chest and one to the head.

Maybe one should ask the right question, and not put up some childish poll question like the right has a tendency to do what they lack any rational answers.
