Here's the problem for most Americans: Both positions are nutty and anti-American. So what do most Americans do? For one thing, most become Independents because the two largest political parties in the United States continue to put party agendas ahead of the Constitution. I suspect a large number of their members are just confused and choosing "the lesser of two evils". They are operating on emotion, not logic. Fear, not calculation.

That said, you are free to run from the point that, despite your "engineer" claims, you are not a very logical person. You are very emotional which is contrary to someone who's chosen profession is logical.

Oh I am perfectly capable of thinking for myself. That means I am smart enough to know that the government be it local, county, or state makes the rules on the wearing of masks in public. So it you want to go maskless have a nut. BTW business owners can still require masks in their businesses. You can go back to sleep now.

I posted a link to the science which clearly states that because the vaccine is not 100% effective it is recommended that mask wearing, social distancing and proper hygiene be practiced to continue to prevent spread. This directly contradicts your claim that you are following the science by not wearing a mask.

That's only because the author agrees with you, that we should all be sleeping inside steel bathtubs because it is not 100% certain that there won't be an earthquake while we sleep.

Indeed they can. I do not give my patronage to such businesses. Both Costco and Menards have lost a customer for life because of their mask tyranny. If I weren't already a non-user of Delta Airlines and Coca Cola products, I would boycott both of them too.
