What im seeing here is a female lacking enough self control due to unnatural legistlation misusing unintended misinterpretations of the constitution. If that other girl needed discipline, it wasnt likely for him to dispense or at least it wasnt an acceptable time, place, or method to do it.
Police were sent there on a report of stab wounds. Every reason to believe this wasnt just a dumbshit who didnt know a knife was a deadly weapon not that it would be a valid excuse if it was.
No one should have to put up with sumshit like this.

If I love someone who is about to be stabbed or slashed to death, I want the cop to empty his magazine into the assailant, as he has sworn an oath and has been entrusted to do by the people of that Municipality.
I would expect the same action, whether it was someone I knew or not.
