at no point in either of your two videos was the knifeman literally inches away from stabbing another person. Of course if he is not an immediate threat you have plenty of options. If he is about to stab someone not so much.

From my review, this is a good shoot, he saved that girls life, shouting warnings to frenzied parties that they are about to be stopped will often increase not decrease the aggression, he had no choice in this matter and if you or I were the father of the pink girl, we would be thanking this officer for his actions as tragic the outcome may have been.

It'd have ended up the same. The social worker would have brought a cop with them for protection and the cop would have shot the knife welding bitch. The only difference would be there'd be a social worker there to condemn the cop for doing his job...
Errr, when you pull your gun you stop the threat. Many officers have been killed by perps whpo had a lot more than four bullets in them.

Not sure, I do think a person is somewhat distracted when the legs are shot out from under them. IMO the police are too quick to kill even when the suspect is unarmed. That comes with the militarization of the police. I also find it laughable that some of the more stupid people seem to think that "Blue Lives Matter" until it comes their turn to raise hell, and they actually attack cops.

The police have lesser methods to stop people. They have sprays, tasers, clubs, and that can tackle them. They are trained for that too. He pumped 4 bullets in her chest.
