You're certainly entitled to evaluate the video in that way. I suggest watching it again with the volume up. Imagine being behind those glass doors and listening to the cries to hang Mike Pence. The threats to Nancy Pelosi. The view of the cops getting crushed in the push against the last barrier between the armed insurrectionists and our nation's lawmakers. The sheer volume of the damage that was being done outside

You can see the members of Congress scrambling in the hallway mere feet away when the perpetrator breached that window. If it were a black 'thug' in any other situation, you would be saying that he got what he deserved. Instead, you make excuses for a stupid act by a stupid person. None of the cops knew who was and wasn't armed.

And they bypassed the metal detectors, too.

Some of the charges against people picked up outside are weapons charges.

And there were bombs found.

Being a cabinetmaker, I was mortified to watch the idiots doing damage to centuries old heirlooms. Our nation's history is displayed in the rotunda, and I was waiting for some of those paintings to be destroyed.

It you’re going to use ‘insurrection’ in a non-legal sense then insurrectionists have been running rampant over the past year or so.

That's not fighting with violence like the insurrectionists did as they desecrated the seat of our government on January 6th.

That's just partisan political underhandedness. These elected officials are supposed to serve the people they represent. Instead, they are only self-serving the Republican party. Once someone is elected to public office they are supposed to serve everyone, do things for the good of all in society, not just expand their own party power. Those Republicans are shameful.

The Floyd jury had to ignore the threat of violence from the left if they ‘ruled wrongly’—assuming they ignored it in their verdict. Except that wasn’t political, it was cultural.

The Floyd jury did not even consider what protestors might have done. Their job was to decide the verdict based on the proceedings of the trial. Any possible public reaction to the verdict was definitely not a consideration in their deliberations.

AZ Republicans are fighting like hell in the sense Trump intended: They are coloring inside the lines and working within the system.

They’ve also stayed under the radar because the legacy media has all but ignored it. No worries though, right?

No, that is incorrect. Don't make things up or read words into the name which simply are not there. The name states what lives they are focusing on. That does not mean other lives are excluded.

The problem with your contention is that BLM is BLM; and not OBLM.

If it was Only Black Lives Matter then you would have a legitimate argument. But it simply states that Black Lives Matter. Everybody knows that white lives matter. That doesn't need to be said.

And BLM is a message that a lot of racist police need to hear. As many times as it takes until black people get the same treatment as everyone else. That doesn't need to be said.
