NY law gives voting rights to felons upon release. STILL NO GUN RIGHTS

It is illegal to regulate commerce? Does that mean all drugs are now legal?

you said "make selling guns to them illegal" and I said that it is already illegal to sell them a gun.........where did you get the notion I was saying that regulating commerce was illegal?

The private sale loophole makes selling guns to a felon basically legal. You can sell a gun to a felon at his prison release party, and not get convicted.

A gun is just a piece of steel. I don't get it. Can felons own pieces of steel, right?

look at this fucking stupidity. So the next time An Obnoxious Cunt starts crying about gun violence we'll tell her its just a piece of stell as described by the resident shit head on JJP. Cool

Yes, I am OK with letting convicted criminals out of prison, after they have served their time. I just do not trust them with guns.

Even if their " crime" was tax evasion or drug possession??? You think it's ok to take away gun rights for that?

And yet people convicted of vehicular homicide or DUI do NOT have their driving rights permanently taken away.

Why are you yelling at me?

Voting is NOT a constitutional right while gun ownership is!! Dems just want to add criminals to their voting base along with welfare trash and illegal aliens.

Let me ask you a simple question. Which right is mentioned more in the US Constitution? Gun rights or voting rights?

I'll give you a hint. It isn't gun rights.

US Constitution - "right of citizens to vote"
14th amendment
15th amendment
19th amendment
24th amendment
26th amendment

The constitution TALKS about voting but that doesn't make it a guaranteed right. THINK, you miserable tranny.

If your standard is it isn't a right under the US Constitution unless it is "guaranteed" than there are no gun rights in the Constitution since that doesn't come with a guarantee.

"The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged" looks to be as much a guarantee as any right in the Constitution.
