When you sit on the neck of a person in distress for 9 minutes, you are not very good at your job or you are malicious, which is it? if you can't subdue, cuff and end the event within 9 minutes with your buddy cops also standing around, either you and your buddies are incompetent police or bad police.

Like I said, had you seen the body cam footage, you would know that THREE cops struggled with Floyd. He was saying "I can't breath" SEVEN times before being placed on the ground. He was kicking and struggling while laid on the ground. The police called for EMS within a minute of getting him on the ground and elevated the call to "lights and sirens" a minute later. They were holding him there rather than letting him up for their safety and HIS safety so they would not have more struggles.
