Republicans can shut this thing down in short order: demand that ALL political violence be investigated. Not just limit it to 1/6. Democrats can’t very well do that because it would cast shade on BLM and BLM is untouchable. Or some would say ‘privileged’.

*Reasonable people* would find that to only be fair because political violence is political violence regardless of which side is doing it; moreover, since the lefty version is tearing our cities apart it would actually be quite appropriate.

OK. Let's investigate all the times that people attacked the US Capitol to stop Congress from doing it's job. Can you agree to that? (I'll bet you won't because the only time that happened was 1/6. You don't dare restrict this to what you claim you want to restrict it to.)

If you want to start to investigate all political violence then we are starting to get to the point where we need to investigate MT Greene for her harassment of others. Are you sure you want to go there?

Funny, how investigating the violence on 1/6 is a deflection and we need to stop looking to the past but then you argue that we need to investigate the fair election of 2020 and not ignore the past. I think the one deflecting here is your side in not wanting to look at what happened on 1/6.

That is a picture of people attacking the US Capitol. If you have a picture of anyone doing that from July of last year, feel free to post it.

Here is another picture from the only day that people attacked the US Capitol which should be investigated by Congress to prevent it from happening again.
