The provision only applies to the last Sunday of early voting. You don't care about giving poll workers time off on the other Sundays?

How about I show you a court ruling that states that several legal voters were unable to obtain an ID. Let's see you rip it to shreds with your "massive" legal intellect.

One of the interesting things about this ruling is the state of Texas argued that people without a valid ID could vote by mail to get around not having the valid ID.

If a provision falls most heavily on one race even if the legislature claims there was a non discriminatory reason, the court does not have to accept the non discriminatory reason if it makes no sense with facts. A bill to prevent fraud when there is no evidence of fraud clearly is not being passed to prevent fraud.

What current law are you referring to? The current law is the one that was in place in 2016.
