Can you even imagine the kind of world we would live in if States didn't require driver's licensing or automobiles to be registered?

A typical mass shooter discharges a round at a rate of about once every few seconds...no more than a civil war era gun.
It is not constitutional to infringe on the people's right to own a gun (or any weapon).

It's a healthcare issue because often people don't seek the help they need because they're uninsured or otherwise worried about the cost/stigma. Every issue is connected to every other issue in some way. Refusing to see that keeps any meaningful progress from happening.

That's a privilege not a right. So you want registrations and licenses to get an abortions then right? 100% of those ends in death.
