The Cops opened the doors on 1/6/21 to festive happy patriots

"The point is simple interaction was committed when the interfered with the working of Congress"

Oh shit.

Now you want mere interaction to be against the law!

Suck shit you flesh eating meth head.

January 6th was an insurrection it's that simple play all the games you want

Even if what they are doing is not in the best interest of their constituents?

There's things in The Constitution that say otherwise.

OFC you wouldn't know about that, because you don't care about The Constitution.

You are confused and delusional they interfered with the workings of the Congress and that's actually in the Constitution if one of your caretakers can read it to you

I may have to give your information to the FBI. Traitor.

You are like a sad comic character, but in real life, not as a comic gag.

What would you do if the opposing party was stealing control of the government through deception and nothing seemed able to stop them?

You would go and suck some dicks.

Were they trying to disrupt the government proceedings? Were they threatening to get any of politicians? Were they threatening to hang one of them?

They staged an uprising against the federal government. That’s the dictionary definition of insurrection.

Threatening government officials would be a separate crime. Anyone who did that on 1/6 needs charged and will be. Attempted assassination is another, much more serious crime. But to my knowledge that didn’t happen on 1/6.

See, this is the problem when the hype gets ahead of the law. Prosecutors are bound by the US Code. They can’t charge people with ‘insurrection’ just because the word is being used by partisan pundits. Actually, I think sedition would be the actual charge.

Have we seen that indictment yet?

And yet certain people have no problem with a cop murdering Floyd.

Floyd should have hanged by the neck until dead years before that cop abused him.

He should should never been out on the streets after home-invading and armed-robbing a pregnant woman by putting a gun to her pregnant belly.

He should have been hanged! Publicly!

He was a total POS.

It he was from my neighborhood? The committee would have cut him up (after torturing him) and fed him to bull sharks.

A commitee of the citizens of the area of all races that did not fuck around with the bullshit.

Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that tends toward rebellion against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent toward, or insurrection against, established authority.
