Liberty, equality, equal treatment under the law, blind justice, stuff like that. Were we in a better racial situation ten years ago than sixty years ago? Yes. Are we in a better racial situation now than ten years ago? No. Is any of it good enough? No.

Did I say that? Be honest if you can. Don't people of color enjoy more equality in every aspect of their lives than they did 50 hell 10 years ago. Oh sure you can point to a lot of things that are not equal like the odds of being stopped for no reason. But overall quality of life has improved and if you refuse to admit that then you are part of the problem.
