An awful lot of the modern World's strife, oppression, war & genocides come from past colonialism until this day.

False borders created put many ethnic in one nation.

This is the case with Rwanda, Darfur, Donbass, Rohingya, Bosnia, Kosova, Iraq, Syria etc. Etc.

If we allow ethnic to split into full autonomy regions tensions decrease.

Strife, oppression, genocide & war are bound to Humans.
But, certainly not particularly favorable for well being or success for there too be much strife. Certainly no moral argument promotes strife.

So, how do we reduce strife, rather than increase it?

What causes strife? Usually resources. All people need to eat and have a place to live; if they don't get enough of either there will be strife.

Also note Germany was relatively rich by global standards during their Nazism.

Even if they had some setbacks due to Versailles causing hyper inflation.
