John 4:24 says, "God is a Spirit (the Holy Spirit): and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."
God/the Holy Spirit prepared for himself a flesh and blood body (the body of Jesus Christ), so that he could come to earth and sacrifice himself (his flesh) for the sins of his chosen (white) people (the house of Israel).
John 1:14 says, "And the Word/God was made flesh, and dwelt among us.."
So, the answer to your question is, Yes. Jesus was praying to God/the Holy spirit.....the same Spirit within himself.

The term "Father" is simply the title which Jesus gave to God/the Holy Spirit.
And the term "Son" is simply the title which God/the Holy Spirit gave to Jesus.
