why was Mo Brooks wearing body armor on 1/6 while whipping up the MAGAs to attack the Capitol?

and Gym is all but sure to go with Mo over to the hearing room, he's stepping all over himself with lame excuses

A handful who are going to regret they ever heard of the ex-prez.

Military members will be prosecuted for a variety of crimes under the UCMJ that'll put them in prison for 5+ years just for being there inside the Capitol under those circumstances.

On the active duty military? Absolutely. The owning service may allow civil authorities their case first but, once complete the military has the option to take their turn. There's no double jeopardy in sentencing them for felonious entry into the Capitol in a civilian court then, upon release from prison, trying them in a military court for a variety of charges, but mainly Article 134, a catch all. I expect any active duty military members to spend up to 5 years in Leavenworth simply for crossing the threshold of Congress during the Insurrection.

One retired officer may also do time and lose his pension over this. As retired officers, we're all subject to recall for the rest of our lives.

Agreed. Now, will he actually be prosecuted for it? That part I'm not so sure about.

OTOH, if the militias take a piece out of him, one way or another, that might be enough. :laugh:

Never thought I would see the day there would be lethal fighting on the steps of the Capitol between one group of American police fighting against other American police and American military servicemen and women.
