And he says that is putting the South Texas border community, as well as the volunteers who help them, and the border agents, at risk.

“They tested some of the people who got put at the bus station in Brownsville and according to the rapid tests, about 108 tested positive. So basically that creates a situation that they are letting people who are positive (for coronavirus) get on buses and with the permission of Homeland Security they can go anywhere in the United States,” Cuellar said during an online news conference.

A major *property* of cancer cells is they are undifferentiated. As normal liver cells mature they differentiate into functional liver cells. A cancerous liver cell is non-functional. As an example.

There are many different cancer cells. None of them are functional liver cells. Cancer cells do function. They are functional.

Yes, cancer is a generic term that covers a lot of bases.

Cancer cells, by definition, are not functional. I think the term is ‘aplastic’. Unless you count functioning as cancer cells ‘functional’.

The definition of cancer is an aneuploid cell.

Cancer cells are functional cells. They just don't function in favor of normal body needs.
A tumor is not necessarily cancer.
