The FBI relies on voluntary data reporting. If a police force is busy with the aftermath of a mass shooting they probably don't want to have someone take the time to fill out paperwork they are not required to do.

If you bothered to read the FBI data declaration, you might have figured out your error.

Same for Steven Paddock. Mentally ill adult accesses firearms and....well, you get the picture. Now convince me it's the manufacturers fault.

Last winter there was a massive pileup in Texas killing several people. Should the survivors and family members be suing Ford and GMC? No. That's fucking stupid. Work to make roads safer with tech and education. Sue the State.

I've never said anything negative about Ashli's past. It is no more relevant than Floyd's past when it comes to police misconduct.

Could you link to some examples of media accounts saying Floyd was a wonderful fellow? I don't remember seeing any of those.
