crossing the border at non-entry points means they are illegal
The may be asking for asylum,but that still means they need to do it at an entry point.

The problem though are the numbers - we are getting 5x as many as last year (Trump)
month after month setting record after record

Because they cant be processed for asylum that quick and the Flores settlement is still in effect;
then they have to be released

this includes COVID+. they are released to Catholic charities to quarantine
Same thing happens, the numbers overwhelm
Then they are put in overflow tent city at the Tx border.
They overwhelm that and are released into the interior

REMAIN in Mexico stopped all this. Biden being a dumb ass stopped it and invited them in during the campaign

Also since Border Patrol is busy doing processing the "runners" get thru and they carry drugs
or are criminals

It’s true they do not have the same rights as citizens, but who determines if they are citizens or not? They do have due process rights (btw).
