That's Biden's fault. It's Biden's fault that he stopped virtually all border enforcement too. On virtually day one in office, Biden stopped border wall construction. He rescinded every Trump policy--many of which were working good and several of which the courts have forced him to continue after trying to stop them--on illegal immigration.
