Back when Hillary wanted to accept 60,000+ Syrian refugees per year ad infinitum, my solution was to fix why there were refugees in the first place: Neutralize the Assad government.

Same goes for Haiti. Sure, make it an international effort, but letting rogue nations drive out people into other nations is a problem that needs to be fixed.

Consider China's problem with North Korea. China's biggest fear is that the DPRK would collapse and 25 million starving North Koreans would flood north over the Yalu River. China isn't concerned about nuclear war. They're concerned about handing a refugee crisis on their border. The Russians have that problem too. Both have a large military force guarding their border with the DPRK.

Many of them were living in Central America but heard Biden say ‘we’re open now that Trump is gone’. Now some of them are going to wind up back where they started [in Haiti] because Biden was forced to start sending them back. I’m sure they’re pissed.
