A mortal blow to Young Earth creationism

What makes you think they are dating a void?
A hand print or a foot print is a void.
Your misguided assumptions do not merit or require explanations.
They do, and you are unable to provide it.
To the best of my knowledge, the method is to date the rock containing the handprints. At the time these hominid children were alive they were playing in some carbonate mud, which later lithified into travertine rock.
So the age of the rock is unknown.
The age of the mud indicates the approximate time these hominid juveniles made the impressions in the mud.
The age of the mud is part of the age of the rock.

The only theory worth discussing is the design, intelligent or unintelligent.

Design by nature is an intelligent act, supporting the Theory of Creation.
The Theory of Abiogenesis states that life began on Earth through a series of random unspecified events. There is no design.

A thread about Paleolithic cave art?

Why would that be unexpected?

Science, archaeology, and paleoanthropology are keen interests of mine -- and in my estimation are more interesting topics than half the horseshit posted on this forum.

The thread title got me.

The Theory of Abiogenesis does not state that, Donny.

It is not a void. it is an impression in the rock. If you can date the material it is in, you date the handprint.
