It seems odd that Lincoln would abolish Black chattel slavery in the US, then shortly after, endeavour to completely rid American society of all the Black Africans that he'd liberated, doesn't it ? (2) Now consider an American city like Detroit or Baltimore; one that has a population that is over 90% African-American. If the average IQ score for African-American as a group in the US is 85 points, then cities in like Detroit and Baltimore a substantial majority of residents will be individuals with IQ scores of 85 points or less.

While elements of what fools have coined, under their broad definition of CRT, are taught, the legal/philosophical principles of CRT are not. And even what is taught as the history of slavery/racism in America is very limited in scope.
