Civil trials against Rittenhouse!

those prosecutors also didn't know that kyles weapon was legal, nor do they know that self defense IS possible, even if one brings the gun............

grooskreutz is a convicted felon..........what bizarro world would that gun be legal in his hands?
 
I agree they should hang civil judgments around his neck to keep him poor for life, or in case he wins the lotto, but
that's an uncollectable judgment. In my state a judgment expires in 10 years but if you remember to, you can renew
them forever or until death whichever comes first.

The legal gun thing is Wisconsin and, yes, they should have known. I'm surprised the Defense didn't bring it up the first day. Why do you think they didn't?


IDK. What felony was he convicted of committing? Do you think everyone who does their time, off probation, should see a full return of their rights?

When i see an actual lawyer say something this stupid in all seriousness it makes me think I shoulda gone to law school. My competition would be easy prey. I’d chew you up and spit you out.

ON Anderson Copper he said he was carrying concealed that night..

He no longer had a valid conceal carry license. In Wisconsin to carry concealed you must have a CC license.. It was an illegal gun.

I doubt it would be, but Im not an expert on the Wisconsin rules of evidence and how they differ from the Federal Rules of Evidence. I cant see how that would be admissable under the FRE.
