I noticed at the trial closing that the defense lawyer mentioned the of some LW organization associated with the protests/riots, but there was ZERO mention, AFAIK, of the Kenosha Guard or the Boogaloo Bois.

Any thoughts on why?

since the prosecutor showed himself to be completely inept at being a prosecutor, he must have let it slip his mind. i'm sure it will come up after the hung jury

It was widely, and falsely, reported on social media that Gaige Grosskreutz is a felon. This is false. He is not a felon.

He does, however, have a prior misdemeanor conviction for intoxicated use of a firearm in Wisconsin, online records show. He received probation in that 2015 case, records reveal.

His arrest and case history from the state Department of Justice is much longer than what you can currently find through online court records. It shows a string of dismissed cases and an expunged felony conviction. That means it can no longer be counted against him.

In January 2021, he was accused of second-offense drunk driving, but the case was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

He was found guilty of a 2019 forfeiture for obedience to officers and loud noises in Ashland, Wisconsin.

I find it curious that these cases were dismissed and the felony was 'expunged' during the run up to his testifying for the prosecution...........

I'm curious too. The silence on the issue is interesting. Obviously the Feds have people on the inside.

When I deployed to the Med an LA class attack sub (or two, we never really knew for sure) was attached to the Fleet. My mission was ASW inner zone defense for the Saratoga. We used active sonar pings to identify targets. Like fishing with hand grenades, pinging the ocean is indiscriminate; everyone listening can hear the pings...including bounces off friendly subs tracking hostile subs.

Due to this fact of Anti Submarine Warfare, when we launched off the Sara to go sub hunting we were often restricted from certain grid zones so as not to accidently identify our own guys. We were never told who or what. Just "Don't go there".

When you and I both know the militias were there and active but no one is talking about it, I, like you, become very, very curious.

It all smells Federal to me. They're the only ones who have that kind of pull, especially where terrorists are concerned.

As the prosecutor pointed out; that happened after Grosskreutz's bicep had been blown off. The gun hand was up and now as falling toward the ground due to gravity.

The video shows this to be true but all the cocksuckers, Pedo Don fans and white supremacists keep showing a single frame from the video to push a lie.

and when the expunged felon testified that it was correct that he pointed the gun at Rittenhouse, was that also after his bicep had been blown off?.......because the quote is “It wasn’t until you pointed your gun at him, advanced on him … that he fired, right?”......not "did you point the gun at Rittenhouse AFTER he fired"

Save the fucking theatrics. Obviously he did. You and the Satanist say claimed he was a felon but you lied. You and the Satanist claim he pointed the gun toward Kyle but the Prosecution video proves it was 1) after he was shot and 2) there's no way he could pull a trigger due to his injuries.

Regardless, the jury has this and all that matters is what the jury thinks. We can bet on the outcome if you like but I'm not going to argue bullshit.

before you enmesh yourself in this alternate reality, I specifically told you what I read, and then what I read later, and they my observations about the circumstances concerning that. if you want to stick to your 'claim', you should look at who is doing the theatrics.

1. grosskreutz HIMSELF said that he wasn't shot until AFTER he pointed the gun.....that is not in dispute as it's in the actual testimonial record
2. on the off chance that he didn't have the gun in his hand until AFTER his bicep was blown off, what superhuman abilities are you trying to apply to grosskreutz that he would actually be able to unholster and then point said weapon after he'd lost that much muscle mass?????
