LOL. Very effective against what seem to be a bunch of stoners. He would be dead if anyone in the vicinity had a brain. He left himself very vulnerable. In fact, when he was most vulnerable there was some black dude running for safety toward the camera.

...who didn't expect Kyle would actually use deadly force against unarmed people. Their mistake and they paid for it with their lives.

Now Kyle is fighting for some kind of life but I suspect he's fucked himself pretty good and still expect he'll be sentenced to 10-15 years for his crimes.

He'll get out when he's at or over 30 and spend the rest of his life working some bullshit job and living with his mother.

What a waste all the way around because people are fucking stupid.

Every time I saw the video of skateboard guy et al last year, I was dumbfounded that people could be so fuckin stupid.

It's not that the skateboard can't hurt or even kill, but that Kyle overreacted to the threat by shooting him instead of rifle butting him or shooting at his feet.

The funny part is that, if Kyle wins on that point, then it's going to be very, very bad for all the Insurrectionists who swung something at another person or official.

I predict a lot more people getting shot in the near future. LOL

Even in SYG states, people who start an altercation and then try to claim self defense, lose in court. Rittenhouse instigated the entire night.

I have no idea why this trial is even an issue. Jury decides. Done. Anyone that cannot handle it either way need to check themselves.

Agreed on the rules, debatable about the provocation. That's up to the jury.

Personally, like all of them, he was looking for trouble. He was the one that shot first, last and in between. Two men dead, one maimed. There needs to be an accounting. If it was up to me he'd get at least 20. As it is, I think he'll get 10-15.

Now that I look at the video again in reverse you appear to be correct. I saw the kid chasing Angry Jew but he was running backwards. So was Angry Jew. Never quite saw a chase like that before.
What was really odd is that the chase began after he shot Angry Jew.
