Since his scam was caught early, he did not succeed.

His motivation was probably personal gain but his irresponsible actions can not go unpunished.

Good grief, Trumper, I didn't say that all blacks are like this.

Filing a false police report in this case could have led to riots and death.

If a white citizen had done something similar, I would want him held accountable.

Why bring race into it?

Jussie brought race and homophobia into it...this isn't simply the filing of a false police report.... He should just apologize and throw himself on the mercy of the court....such a sloppy, embarrassing hoax....

Earl, you do have a good point about starting a race riot, but don't forget that extreme right wing groups have perpetrated violence: case and point Charlottesville.
 
it could not have started a race riot. a shitload of right wing neo nazis in a tiki torch parade protesting the removal of public funded statues honoring racist traitors on public land could, though. in fact, one of the dickheads involved ran his car into a group of anti-nazi protesters and killed a lady, stupid fuck bitch. and traitor trump claimed there were "fine people on both sides."
