Reagan never pledged to only consider women and in fact considered non-female candidates. One of the leading contenders was considered Judge Lawrence Pierce, an African American trial court judge. Newsweek and other media sites listed an array of males being actively considered including Robert Bork, Dallin H. Oaks, Malcolm R. Wilkey, Philip B. Kurland, and Edwin Meese III.

You have it screwy because by 76% of Americans indicating that Biden should consider 'all possible nominees' does not distinguish one's race, gender or religious affiliations as an all-inclusive suggestion. Also, despite this bs and unsubstantiated 23% which contradicts with the initial suggestion of 'all possible nominees', President Biden intends to keep his campaign promise of putting an African American woman in SCOTUS, and the voter knew this during his campaign to become POTUS. So logically, considering the majority voted for President Biden, the majority would support his nominee to which it's basically a done deal to which you trolls have no control over.

I have no problem picking someone based on gender


If I was in a fire on the 5th floor and had to pick between a male of female running up and carrying my 6 foot 2 225 body out to safty ..I would pick the man...white or black wouldnt matter
