Memphis BLM founder Pamela Moses sentenced to 6 years

Pamela Moses said she had taken all the steps to restore her voting rights in Tennessee.

Moses, a Black Lives Matter activist and former DEMOCRAT mayoral candidate in Memphis, had an extensive record of felony convictions, including a conviction for tampering with evidence that caused her to permanently lose her voting rights in the state.

She says she didn’t know she had lost her rights when she pleaded guilty.

But there was a problem.

Moses has maintained that she thought her voting rights were restored, noting in court, “I did not falsify anything.” Her defense only angered Criminal Court Judge W. Mark Ward, who said she had intentionally deceived probation officials to restore her voting rights.

“You tricked the probation department into giving you documents saying you were off probation,” Ward said in court.

So when the 44-year-old submitted the certificate as part of her voter registration, she was charged with trying to illegally register to vote.

After she was convicted last November, Moses was sentenced this week to six years and one day in prison.

Leprosy, you are cherry picking the facts and distorting the content of this article,

"But there was a problem: The officials who signed off on Moses being eligible to vote acknowledged they made an error in saying her probation was over, meaning her voting rights had not been restored. This sure sounds like voter suppression based on racism."

"The Tennessee case is expected to add to rising national tensions surrounding voter suppression and disenfranchisement."

You left off the part where the judge in this case stated she had "tricked" those officials through a lie into getting the paperwork.

Nothing was mentioned about any proof of trickery on her part, this sure sounds like southern racial justice.

"Neither Ward nor a spokesperson with the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office, which prosecuted Moses’s case, immediately responded to requests for comment Friday"

Don't confuse the Communist cum gargler with the facts.

Have you asked yourself why Red Chinese trolls posting on JPP invariably defend leftists seeking to destroy America?

You probably don't need to. Nor do I.

DEMOCRATS woke a sleeping giant: Why parents say they’ve had enough

BASEMENT BLOVIATOR BUNGLING BIDEN BUMBLES BADLY

Dr. Jennifer Reesman has always been a DEMOCRAT.

A single mother who lives in one of the nation’s bluest counties, she says some of her favorite items of clothing include T-shirts from both Hillary Clinton’s and Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s failed presidential campaigns.

But as America enters its third year of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Reesman is actively organizing to vote DEMOCRATS out of office.

“I can’t look my kid in the eye and say I care about your education and vote for the DEMOCRATS right now,” says Dr. Reesman, a pediatric neuropsychologist from Rockville, Maryland. “I cannot believe that this is where we are – but it feels personal, and it feels painful.”

More on Democrats in the news:

Historically, the United States economy has performed better on average under the administration of Democratic presidents than Republican presidents since World War II. The reasons for this are debated, and the observation applies to economic variables including job creation, GDP growth, and stock market returns. The unemployment rate has fallen on average under Democratic presidents, while it has risen on average under Republican presidents. Budget deficits relative to the size of the economy were lower on average for Democratic presidents.[1][2] Ten of the 11 U.S. recessions between 1953 and 2020 began under Republican presidents.[3]"

Repukes in the news:

Republicans Have Evolved From a Hate Group to an Organization of Domestic Terrorism
They’re armed, angry, and ignorant
I’ve lost patience for listening to Republican braggarts describe the circumstances under which they’d be willing to murder a human being.
This isn’t an uncommon occurrence. It’s the foundation of their platform and they speak it loud and proud.
“I won’t endure tyranny,” they say, even though the word has at least two more syllables than anything they can comprehend.
They’re proud of their ignorance. They despise educators and anyone who sits down to study or read in the pursuit of self-betterment.
Meanwhile, President Biden continues to hold out hope that there is a chance of reasoning with the group that has embraced obstruction for as long as anyone can remember. When is he going to learn that the only objective of the Republicans is to destroy? It used to be that the United States did not negotiate with terrorists. We need to return to that philosophy."
