Wantez Tulloss, 31, has been arrested 11 times going back to 2006 and was wanted by police in Washington for third degree theft.

On Monday January 31, he was filmed taking a swing at Emma Shengnan Wang, who was named by prosecutors in court documents. He knocked Wang to the ground, hitting her on her skull and back, then fled, taking his bags with him.

She lay helpless on the ground with blood pouring from her ear while bystanders rushed to help her. Wang is an engineer at Amazon Web Services who lives in Seattle. She is now recovering and will need to undergo surgery.

The security situation in Seattle is breaking down rapidly now.....you could see this collapse coming for miles away but no one ever did anything.

I didn't realize Seattle was so old! Also, it's only been in social decline since the 90s. Of course, that was largely meaningless until the last decade, when things dramatically accelerated, to the point that leftists are beginning to notice.

Boston Providence and Portland are hopping, and many smaller New England mill-towns are enjoying
ongoing cultural/economic revivals.

If he had served his full time on charges he would have not been on the streets to bash this womans head in

I would bet 90% plus of the crime like this is done by POS that should be in prison
