If indeed there had been a "fake" water main break, it doesn't mean the vote count stopped permanently because of it.
I live in PA and that, too, was debunked. Cons couldn't stand that Biden won so they started with the lies even before the election, they are that spiteful and dishonest.

All of the real fraud uncovered so far is on the GOP side: sending fake electors, asking election officials to "find" votes, drafting up EO's to seize voting machines.
Republicans tried to steal the election, and are putting people in place to try to steal the next one.

The "Biden Miracle" was the same as the "Trump Miracle" in 2016. He was behind in the polls and far behind in the vote until late at night and then barely won in three swing states by less than 1% in all of them.
Since he lost the popular vote in both elections it is not at all surprising Trump lost. The polls were accurate in both 2016 and 2020. He announced in advance if the lost the election was rigged so set up his drama.
He said the 2016 election and 2012 elections were not legitimate. Yet, there were no increase in mail-in ballots or variations in voter rules in 2016.
