HE'LL BE VINCE FOSTERED IF HE FAILS

The Hildebeast campaign attorney who has been indicted by Special Counsel John Durham for lying to federal investigators has filed to have charges dismissed.

Attorneys for Hildebeast campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann filed a motion Thursday to dismiss the case against him in Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation, claiming a case of 'extraordinary prosecutorial overreach.'

The Durham Probe Scares the Hell Out of the DEMOCRAT-dominated Media

sk021722dAPR20220216094507.jpg

The DEMOCRAT-dominated media suffered yet another shock to its system this week when a story that lefty propaganda outlets spent more than five years denying found its way to the White Louse briefing room.

What Durham uncovered and made known in last Friday’s filing was not entirely new.

The fact that the Hildebeast campaign had used information about a Trump server communicating with a bank in Russia — and Senior Advisor Jake "The Snake" Sullivans’s involvement in releasing that information — had already been revealed in another Durham filing late in 2021.

But what the latest filing revealed is that the Hildebeast campaign's lawyers contracted a tech firm to get into Trump servers in attempts to construct a narrative tying Trump to Russia.

This filing, of course, shattered the narrative that the DEMOCRAT-dominated media had been furiously spinning since 2016.

More than 40 Republican senators on Thursday sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland urging him to respect the independence of special counsel John Durham’s investigation.

It is the latest push by Republicans to keep pressure on the Justice Department to stay out of Durham’s way as his investigation picks up steam.

The senators asked Garland for assurances that he won’t interfere or limit Durham’s probe. They also urged the attorney general to provide Durham with all resources necessary to “fully, thoroughly and completely pursue his investigation".

Josh Hawley demanded that Garland bar the wife of White Louse national security adviser Jake "The Snake" Sullivan from having any role in the investigation.

Sullivan’s wife, Maggie Goodlander, serves as a counsel to Mr. Garland. As the foreign policy adviser for Hildebeast’s campaign, Sullivan has come under intense scrutiny since Durham’s filing became public over the weekend.

Durham stands by snooping evidence in case against Hildebeast lawyer

Special counsel John Durham is contesting indicted DEMOCRAT lawyer Michael Sussmann’s call for the Washington, D.C., federal court to strike explosive allegations regarding data mining at Trump properties and the White House that was used to weave a phony collusion narrative between President Donald Trump and Russia.

So you say, Anchovies.

Poor Anchovies.

Don’t know how many times the actual genetic fallacy has to be explained to “copy” and his pseudonyms, to put it simply, if it looks like a duck, talks like a duck, walks like a duck, it sure as hell ain’t an elephant, and correcting one who tries to tell you it is a duck isn’t a “genetic fallacy”

So you say, Anchovies.

Even Zappacrite knows you're wrong.

Facts are facts. They don't change depending on which website they happen to come from. But here you are, attacking the source once more. If you had anything more substantial, you'd post it.

Poor Anchovies.

So you are saying that the guy who tells us that the animal who walks like a duck, looks like a duck, and talks like a duck is credible when he declares it is an elephant? Now that is funny

But it does explain why many on the right swallow Trump’s lies, not what he says, truth don’t matter, it is who says it

Poor, poor “copy and paste,” he just can’t get it right, even with all his corny copy and pasting

I accept your craven concession and acknowledge your puerile attempt to imitate me, Anchovies.

It is the latest push by Republicans to keep pressure on the Justice Department to stay out of Durham’s way as his investigation picks up steam.

After investigating for nearly three years, Durham has indicted two people. Some steam!

Remember what Republicans said about the Mueller investigation? That lasted less than two years and came up with 20 indictments.

But after three years Durham is picking up steam and we have to stay out of his way. LOL.

:dunno:

If you are not afraid of him, why then all the bashing?

BTW, Poor Lil' Dick says you're an intellectual lightweight.

Changing the names of a poster in a childish attempt to demean them or to indicate they don't know what they are talking about is an ad hominem. It shows you to be an intellectual lightweight. But that is something most people that see your posts already know.

And it is likely his one big catch won’t even face prosecution given Durham’s weak case, which is why he came out now with this bullshit, attempting to strengthen his case in the public eye, not coincidental he released this information one day after the statue of limitations ran out on anyone who could pursue for this supposed crime

Think so, Anchovies?

The Clinton campaign’s plot to politically assassinate Trump

payn_c18849620220218120100.jpg

There is a word for secretly collecting information about enemies or competitors to use against them.

According to the latest court filing by Special Counsel John Durham, the Hillary Clinton campaign surreptitiously and likely illegally reached into protected White House and Trump communications data to try and show some link between Trump and Russia.

The Clinton campaign during the election hid from FBI, CIA and the media that it was the source of the information gathered.

Durham doesn't use the word "spy," but that in no way changes what happened.

The bungling Biden campaign paid nearly $20,000 to a "cybersecurity firm" at the center of Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the phony Trump-Russia probe.

The corrupt campaign paid Neustar Information Services in 2020 for "accounting and compliance work", according to Federal Election Commission records. https://docquery.fec.gov/cgi-bin/fecimg/?202010219326734372
