Yes. The law is funny that way. Was it brought up by a Christian DA trying to make a point and standing on a dead fetus to do it?

Do you admit that a zygote is not a human being? That it has the potential to be a human being but that it is clearly not one yet?

As such, a zygote is part of the woman's body. I'd rather it be viewed as a deadly attack with permanent consequences than as a double "murder". At some point in it's growth, the zygote does grow to become a human being. I'm content to let science determine that point, not religious or political geezers.
