Palin says voters too stupid to vote for her

Palin called ranked voting a "new, crazy, convoluted, confusing" system. She claimed that "almost all Alaskans" wanted to vote for her, but they were too stupid to figure out that she was their first choice. According to her, Alaskan voters are too stupid to answer questions like, "who is your first choice", and "who is your second choice." She probably thinks "first" and "second" are part of that Common Core Math. She is quite confident that Alaskans love her, but just made a "mistake."

Good news, she will do the exact same thing again in November, hoping that Alaskan voters have learned from their "mistake." She said, "Alaskans know I'm the last one who'll ever retreat. Instead, I'm going to reload. With optimism that Alaskans learn from this voting system mistake and correct it in the next election." Yes, she would never resign half way through her first term as governor... That would be crazy.

trump rarely leaves his hideout, but he was willing to go to Alaska to support Palin. Palin was sure that would make everyone vote for her.

It is a confusing system, Democrats believe blacks are too stupid to get an ID.

Ranked voting is a scam, 60% of Alaskans voted for a republican yet a Democrat won? GTFO.

Or maybe Alaskans want a real leader, one with actual experience, qualifications, and ability. Not an empty shell who plays at leadership, while primping in her mirror and planning her next LOOK AT MEEEE screech in some other state that is not Alaska.

Palin calling ppl "stupid" is priceless.

The majority of Alaskans (60%) voted Republican so GTFO, ranked voting is a scam.

....and, like downunder dumbasses, they were too fucking stupid to figure out how to vote....unlike the Democrats, apparently. LOL

This ranked voting system was put into place with a Republican Governor, a republican majority in the legislature, and a republican-majority populace who voted on the ballot measure approving said system. Ain't no 'the left' involved here you dumb fuck

The measure, which was financed by national progressive advocacy groups, passed 50.55% to 49.45%—a margin of about 3,700 votes.

Palin was too stupid to avoid almost getting impeached as a failed governor of Alaska but needed to resign instead as a result of the stupid way she handled that position Also Palin was too stupid to convince the majority that she would be a competent VP, and the majority were right at giving her VP candidacy the boot!

A House term is 2 years long, what guarantees do voters have that she will not resign after a few days?

That was his 15 minutes of fame. He came close to beating Cruz once.

The polls are showing Beto about 5-15% behind Abbot. One shows him at 2% behind. It is hard to beat a Republican in a wheel chair in Texas.
Senate/Governor are two different animals. Not sure about Texas, but across the nation there is a flood of new voter registrations by women.

Between the disaster that is the Texas Libertarian power grid, and Abbot's ridiculous abortion laws, I think the vote will be close. Especially since birth control is next on the chopping block.

Perhaps another mass shooting is necessary to push Beto over the top?

I remember now.. she was the worst gaff machine in presidential history. The worst Senatorial gaff had to be that clown in Missouri who suggested some women lied about being raped, but if "the rape was legitimate the woman's body has a way of shutting that whole thing down". And I think he was a doctor! What a fucknut!
That term is used over and over and over again since his gaffe.

Obama only lasted 2 years of his 6 year Senate term. Did you have a point?

I am a little confused by the rank-order thing. It is not that hard for the voter (although they had 48 candidates) but I don't know how to compute the winner.
We just did it in NYC for the mayor. I believe that if any candidate gets less than 50% of the vote, there is a run off between first and second place. In essence, it keeps third party candidates from siphoning off enough votes to sway an election for an unpopular candidate.

In this instance, it was moot because the winner got more than 50%. It was a special election for a vacated seat, that must be filled again in November for a full term.
