Jean Carroll lied on the stand.

So this woman was in a crowded department store and she voluntarily went into a dressing room which just happened to been opened , normally they are kept locked and sn attendant lets you in. Then she endures a 3 minute rape which left no semen on her dress. And she does not scream. She doesn't notify anyone. She said on Anderson Copper that most people think rape is "sexy" (that one caused him to go to an unscheduled commercial break) :rofl2: Then she could not remember the day or even the year it happened. Only in New York does she win damages on this fabricated BS story.

Not what she testified. She said Trump penetrated her with his finger, and screwed with her it, and she thought he then withdrew the finger and put in his dick but in her distress and anxiety in those moments she wasn't positive. A less candid witness would not have qualified it as she did. Given that testimony the jury correctly found that rape had not been proved and therefore limited its finding to sexual assault.

The only thing fabricated is the above description of what really happened. Fortunately there's a transcript from the trial.

"Ms. Carroll testified that at the time of the incident, Bergdorf’s was relatively empty. She said that there were no attendants in the lingerie section and that the door to the dressing room where she says the rape happened had been left open to allow her and Mr. Trump in. She also testified that no employees attended to her and Mr. Trump while they were in the store. Ms. Carroll called two former Bergdorf employees to the witness stand to bolster her account.

Cheryl Beall, who served as manager of the women’s store in 1996, said that Thursday nights were normally rather quiet. She said the sixth floor, where the lingerie department is, was less busy than other floors. She also said employees would commonly step away from their posts to take a break or help other clients, and that dressing room doors would often be left open despite an unwritten policy of keeping them closed.

When high-profile clients such as Mr. Trump entered, Ms. Beall said, employees were instructed to be “very discreet.”

“It is very much part of the Bergdorf culture to provide privacy and discretion,” Ms. Beall said.

Robert Salerno, who oversaw security at the time, also testified on behalf of Ms. Carroll. Mr. Salerno said that Bergdorf’s had only a few security cameras at the time and that the tapes were not maintained very long. They were often destroyed or taped over, he said."

Fascinating she can remember in detail everything but she can't remember the date or even the year that it happened in. If she picked a date and Trump happened to be out of town her story would fall apart. So she couldn't pick a date. But she conveniently remembered every other detail. :facepalm:

No she is making things up the Jury didn't even believe he penetrated her.Was she lying when she said he penetrated her or when he unzipped his pants or when she said both remember there was no semen on her dress.

She did have the stain on her wool jacket tested and it was unknown male DNA. She requested his DNA sample and he kept taking it to higher courts on appeal. They decided to go forward with the lawsuit without Trump’s sample.
