Video clearly shows vehicle driven by woman striking ICE agent on a Minneapolis street a split-second before shots are fired.

And neither did the driver, stupid. He was on the left side bumper, she was turning right. Babbit was breaching a blockade to let a riotous mob get at senators. One is attempting to flee, the other attempting to attack. Big difference.
Because her car always has an ICE officer on her left bumper and fender.

 I don't give a rats ass what you think she was doing what she did was actually strike a LEO with her car. She clipped him while fleeing a felony arrest.

She was a fleeing felon. To obstruct an ICE officer is a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111
"... IF A DESDLY WEAPON IS USED..."
A car turning away from an armed cop trying to get inher by us NOT using the car as a weapon. You can't change that documented fact.

She was told to get out of the car ...instead , she accelerated... At that point , the car became a weapon....

Again, turning away to fllew does not warrant excessive delay force. She turned right to avoid hitting him.
You can parrot Ice Barbi narrative all day, but you can6 change that fact.
All you have to do is watch the video... She didn't avoid hitting him....

Cars have brakes. She chose to use the accelerator instead. If she turned away enough she would not have hit him.
