But then, you completely ignore what is involved in an attempted murder investigation. The law would NOT consider what you described as attempted murder. It might be reckless driving but even that requires some evidence of an action that there is no evidence of.
 
I think it's tremendously sad how far MAGA is going w/ the victim blaming & victim shaming.

That dude's life was never in danger, and his actions indicate that even HE didn't believe his life was in danger. The instinct if he did think that would be to jump further out of the way - but he held is cell phone, took out his firearm, aimed & fired. And all the while, was barely grazed, and didn't even lose his footing. And he continued shooting from the side.

You don't have to defend every single little thing, MAGA's. It's okay to say that while it was a split second decision, it looks like the guy made the wrong call and did not need to use lethal force. And you sure don't need to spread lies & hate for the victim.

The negligence is similar to what occurred in the George Floyd murder. Failure to follow proper police procedure is negligence. It was that negligence that put Ross in front of the vehicle. Then we have failure to provide medical assistance after the shooting. Followed by leaving the scene and not following the protocol for an officer involved shooting.

I think the police would first ask why the fucking asshole decided to move in front of a car obviously trying to flee the area. Of course, the guy may say, "I am a MAGA moron and we do that kind of thing."

He had a "a way of knowing" the car was in motion, that he was but a couple of feet from it, and that shooting the driver would be a moron's attempt at escape. Not being a moron, he would have done what he did. Step aside and let the car go by. Also, that way you can shoot the driver in the head a couple of times through the side window.

Third or fourth time you've checkmated yourself.
