We do not know that. We know his parents did not know that he regularly carried, but not whether he regularly carried or not.

We do know that he regularly carried his wallet, and had his wallet half an hour before he was killed. What happened to his wallet?

We do know that he regularly carried his cell phone, and actually had it in his hands filming when he was killed. What happened to his cell phone?

A lot of evidence is missing... You say he did not have his drivers license on him... Do you think it might have been in his missing wallet?

Well we do know they commented on it.... And they were concerned enough to talk to him about his protesting... We don't know that he had his wallet... I'm sure going through video They can see what happened to the phone ...I'd like to know what's on it to be honest...
