For the first time in three years, American workers' paychecks are lagging behind inflation

Leave it to this moron to post another click-bait article written for idiots. People like Cypiss are the easiest targets for exploitation, it funny and sad at the same time.

Notice the time period, 'in the last three years' OMG, this is terrible, Trump's economy is terrible compared to what brilliant libtard policies produce, right? Ahhh, not even close.

The fact is, the click-bait artist had to go back three years to find the last example of higher inflation than wage growth. Why? That's when the economy finally started to heal after 25 straight months of what's called a DEEP NEGATIVE difference between inflation and wage growth, not just negative but deep negative.

I'll guarantee the person writing this click-bait or any other approved libtard source never reported the shift from wage growth to wage depression even once throughout the 25 months in a row of devastating the American workers paychecks.

Trump finally addresses a major problem that Obama and Biden greatly intensified, and will lead to sustained low energy costs for future generations as well as finally get justice for thousands of people including many Americans brutally killed by the world's leading sponsor of terrorism, and the libtards jump on one month, not two, not three, not 25, with zero mystery as to why it happened.

Is it a sign of things to come? Is it possible we could be in for a repeat of Biden's 25 month long destruction policy? Is it something this moron will still be writing about a month before midterms with glee? No, no, and no. it's nothing more than another story of hundreds designed for dumbasses like Cypiss.

Iran war energy shock squeezes U.S. paychecks

For the first time in three years, American workers' paychecks are lagging behind inflation, a casualty of the Iran war energy shock.
Thanks Trump!

President Trump told reporters on Tuesday that the financial situations of Americans do not motivate him while he is negotiating with Iran.

“Not even a little bit,” Trump said when asked how much he is motivated by Americans’ financial situations to make a deal.

And Trump tariffs.

The inflationary effect from those, as predicted is starting to kick in now and will continue to as the big corporations are announcing in their earnings calls.

Those raised prices will not come back down

Yep. Example: There is one item I order from Walmart because it was cheaper than any where else. "Was" is the operative word. Last month this item was $2.44. Last week it jumped to $3.19. And Mr. Owl's beloved Diet Coke, which was $2.69 last month is now $2.99. We buy very little there but what we do get has increased. These are domestic products, btw, and not subject to tariffs.

Trump's war has raised transportation costs across the board. Prices won't come down this year and, probably, not for most of next year.

This was the forecast in December 2025: https://www.inteklogistics.com/blog/what-will-diesel-fuel-cost-2026
Retail diesel prices are expected to get less expensive in 2026, dropping an anticipated 7% to an average of $3.50 per gallon according to the latest Energy Information Administration (EIA) outlook. This would mark the fourth straight year of lower diesel.

This is the reality thanks to Trump's Operation Epstein Files: https://www.bts.gov/newsroom/motor-fuel-prices-april-2026-0

Grocery prices jumped more in April than they had in nearly four years

After weeks of warnings that the Iran war would drive up U.S. food prices, the numbers are finally in: According to data released Tuesday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the category it calls “food at home,” otherwise known as your grocery store bill, rose 0.7% in April. That increase marked the biggest one-month jump in grocery prices in nearly four years.

Yet we still have 75% of our population that won't eat left overs and scrapes a third of their food budget into the garbage can.

We are fat, lazy, entitled and ignorant and always get exactly what we deserve as a whole.
